At Value Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only (no cash refunds) under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video)

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Innerwear, accessories, or personal-use items (if applicable)


💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are only issued in the form of:

  • Store credit, or

  • Product exchange

This policy helps us keep prices affordable and operations smooth.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping

  • If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., size issue), the customer will bear return shipping charges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
